Terms for subscribers

The agreement between you and ProTVHub when you use a trial or subscription. Last updated 24 September 2026.

These terms apply when you use a ProTVHub free trial or buy a ProTVHub subscription. Please read them before ordering. If anything is unclear, message us before you buy.

1. The service

ProTVHub provides an IPTV subscription: access to live TV channels and on-demand content delivered over the internet to compatible devices using third-party player apps. The channels and titles available can change over time, and a particular channel or programme is not guaranteed to remain available.

2. Trials

A free trial gives time-limited access to the service so you can check it works for you. Trials are intended for personal evaluation and may be declined or withdrawn at our discretion.

3. Plans, prices and payment

Plans, prices and the number of simultaneous connections for each plan are shown on our subscription page. Prices are in pounds sterling. Your plan starts when your login details are issued and runs for the period you paid for. Payment is due in full before activation.

4. Your login and connections

Your login details are personal to your household. Each plan allows a set number of streams to play at the same time. You must not resell, publish or share your login outside your household. We may suspend or reset a line that shows signs of misuse, including use beyond its connection limit.

5. How you may use the service

You agree to use the service for private, non-commercial viewing only (unless you are an approved reseller), and not to attempt to interfere with, copy, record for redistribution or reverse-engineer the service. You are responsible for making sure your use of the service complies with the laws that apply where you are.

6. Equipment and internet connection

You need a compatible device, a supported player app and a suitable internet connection. We recommend at least 10Mbps for HD and 25Mbps for 4K. Performance depends partly on your home network and equipment, which are outside our control. Third-party apps are provided by their own developers under their own terms and may charge their own fees.

7. Availability

We aim for a 99.9% uptime target, but we don't guarantee the service will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Planned maintenance, network problems or events outside our control may cause occasional interruptions.

8. Refunds and cancellation

You can request a full refund within seven days of purchase, as set out in our refund policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

9. Resellers

Reseller accounts are subject to separate arrangements agreed with us. Resellers are responsible for their own customers and must follow these terms and any additional reseller terms.

10. Liability

We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, for business losses, or for problems caused by your equipment, internet connection or third-party apps. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for your current plan, except where the law does not allow liability to be limited.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes won't affect a plan you have already paid for, except where required by law.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or in Scotland or Northern Ireland if you live there.
