Privacy policy

How we handle your personal information. Last updated 24 September 2026.

This policy explains what personal information ProTVHub ("we", "us") collects, why we collect it, how long we keep it and the choices you have. It applies to this website, protvhub.store, and to the IPTV subscriptions we provide.

Who we are

ProTVHub is the controller of the personal information described here. You can contact us at 3 Brindley Place, Birmingham B1 2JB, by email at info@protvhub.shop or on WhatsApp at +44 7877 216215.

Information we collect

When you contact us

If you message us on WhatsApp, email us, or use the contact form (which opens WhatsApp or your email app), we receive the details you choose to share — typically your name, phone number or email address, and the content of your message.

When you request a trial or subscribe

To set up a trial or subscription we need a way to contact you and to send your login details, usually an email address and your WhatsApp number. We keep a record of the plan you bought, its start and expiry dates, and your line's connection settings. If you use a MAG or similar box, we also hold its MAC address so it can be linked to your line.

Payments

Card, wallet and bank payments are handled by payment providers. We receive confirmation that a payment was made and its reference, but we do not store full card numbers. Cryptocurrency payments are recorded on the relevant public blockchain.

When you browse this website

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and it does not load third-party tracking scripts. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and to keep the site running.

How we use your information

We use personal information to:

  • respond to your enquiries and provide support
  • set up trials and subscriptions and send your login details
  • manage renewals, refunds and your account
  • prevent misuse of the service, such as unauthorised sharing of logins
  • meet our legal and accounting obligations

Our lawful bases under UK data protection law are: contract (to provide the service you asked for), legitimate interests (to answer enquiries, keep the service secure and improve it) and legal obligation (for example, keeping financial records).

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not send marketing messages unless you have asked us to.

Sharing

We share personal information only with providers who help us run the service — such as hosting, email and payment providers — and only as far as they need it to do that job. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep account and order records for as long as you have an active subscription and for a reasonable period afterwards to handle renewals, refunds and queries. Financial records are kept for as long as the law requires. Enquiries that don't lead to a subscription are deleted when they are no longer needed.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask us to:

  • give you a copy of the personal information we hold about you
  • correct information that is wrong
  • delete information we no longer need
  • restrict or object to certain uses
  • transfer information you gave us to another organisation

To make a request, contact us using the details above. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect personal information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) on this website. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please keep your login details private.
